Every agency I speak to is facing similar pressures: projects getting more complex, client expectations climbing, new technologies promising productivity gains that rarely show up in the numbers.
Yet most teams still lose large chunks of time to repetitive work. Rather than relying on assumptions, I'm interviewing agencies directly to find out what's actually happening.
The research explores how agencies deliver projects today, where time is being lost, and how productivity actually gets measured. It looks at which workflows create the biggest bottlenecks, how new technologies are being adopted, and what the agencies getting this right are doing differently.
I'm looking for around 50 agencies to take part. Each interview lasts approximately 30 minutes.
